If you're currently on a VPS and you need your time synced, this is the article for you!
In order to sync time correctly, you must do some initial configuration:
To start off, please navigate and open
Windows Powershell
as
Administrator
Once Windows Powershell is opened, please run these commands in order:

Set-Service -Name W32Time -StartupType Automatic

w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:"time.google.com" /syncfromflags:manual /reliable:yes /update

net stop w32time

net start w32time

w32tm /resync
